Refund policy: full refund will be given 1 week after cancleation (if we cancle which we won't i promis you that)

you may cancle for a full refund up to January 31st 2009, if you cancle after that you will forfitã$ of the registration fee, (sorry but we make our arrangements based on how meny people we expect.)

we will send your Badge in the mail about a week after we recieve your preregistration with payment.

Hello! Thank you for joining us for our first annual 'Ani-Aikousha-Con' Anime Convention in Rochester, N.Y.

Please fill out the entire form and send it with the admission fees (Check or Money Order) to the address below. No cash please. We must recommend only sending checks/money orders. We wouldn't want participants to get their money lost in the mail. :)
